- Sunken Revvia is a battlefield between three entities – the hobgoblin warlord General Krash, the cult of Vrys, and a terrible black dragon named Ouryvax the Sallowsworn who commands trolls and stone giants out of the ruin called Omen's End.

- Followers of Vrys worship the celestial at the ruins of a tower called Gray Reach. They are served by an exiled mage of Kartan named Velenda Thyrade.
- When the Nameless King claimed the lands above more than a thousand years ago, Revvia became one of his primary residences, and an enclave of servants, soldiers, thralls, and other low folk.
- Mages, warlocks, and sorcerers devoted to the Nameless King conducted fell experiments, rituals, and conjurations in Revvia, creating or summoning monsters of terrible power and disposition.
- Dozens of humanoid and monstrous warlords have attempted to rule over Sunken Revvia in recent centuries, but have been destroyed to the last.
- Before the coming of the Nameless King, a battle was fought in Revvia by the fiendish blue dragon Xrake the Relentless and the archmage Tryvanus of Krate. Their conflict tore a rift in the city known as Xrake’s Scar.
